  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

All sales through && Gallery are FINAL. Artwork purchased cannot be returned, replaced or traded for another artwork after payment is completed.

  • HOW//WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped every Monday or Tuesday except for original artwork which may take longer depending on if they’re currently being exhibited.

All artwork will be on display for the duration of the art show they are in and are shipped within 2 weeks of the end of the art show.

  • DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

    Yes! Please email info@andand.gallery if interested. General terms:
    • Payment plans are available for original artwork only.
    • An initial downpayment of 25% of the total price of the artwork must be paid to reserve the piece.
    • Additional payments can be split up to 6 separate installments.
    • Artwork will ship or can be picked up once payment is received in full.

We also offer PayPal Pay Later as a form of checkout that allows you to split a payment into 4 payments over 6 weeks. You can find out more information on that here.

  • DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY / I DON’T SEE MY COUNTRY AS AN OPTION?

We try our best to ship to all countries. If you don’t see your country listed a custom listing may need to be created for you.

  • DO YOU CHARGE VAT FOR COUNTRIES IN THE EU?

We do not charge for VAT on the order itself at time of purchase. This means you will need to pay VAT to have the package clear customs upon arrival.

  • DO YOU TAKE SUBMISSIONS?
