the first solo exhibition by Mizucat (Jaqueline Ruther).
We are incredibly excited to showcase this new series of works from Mizucat. We will also be releasing some special surprises & product collaborations celebrating the artist’s first solo exhibition.
GOOD TIMES – no smartphones, no endless notifications, just face to face connections. You didn’t have to scroll to find joy – you could find it in a new arcade game or the latest cassette from your favorite band. Life felt simpler, slower & somehow brighter. Those were good times – when the world seemed a little bigger, & so did the dreams.
Mizucat
Mizucat (Jaqueline Ruther) is an artist from Germany with over a decade of experience & training as a media designer. Her work draws inspiration from the vibrant aesthetics of the 80s & early 90s, particularly the anime & manga of that era. Influenced by music, movies, & the bold visual styles of these decades, Ruther blends nostalgia with contemporary expression to create art that reflects both personal identity & cultural memory.
